Community Lives Consortium

Community Lives Consortium supports adults who have a learning disability to live successful lives in the communities of Swansea and Neath Port Talbot. We are a non-profit making Industrial & Providential Society that works with about 240 people and employs a team of about 650 staff. We work together as a group of stakeholders, thus our management processes formally involve the people we serve, their families, our staff and the public. We have a turnover of about £12.5 million per annum.
