Talentsis means “Talent in Action” – sis is a suffix in Greek-derived noun denoting action. Talentsis Pte Ltd is incorporated on 1 October 2020 in Singapore as a new-age talent acquisition and staffing service company. The company aims to be a one-stop service to provide a full spectrum of HR related services, including but not limited to the following- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition - Executive Search - Headhunting - Contract & Flexible Staffing - Manpower Outsourcing - Reskilling & Upskilling - HR Consultancy & Advisory Service Our Founder Talentsis is founded by Ms Shirley Koh. She has substantial experience and strong track record in the areas of talent acquisition, talent management and flexible staffing services covering industry sectors such as ICT, technology, banking & finance, telecommunications, healthcare and government. Shirley has started up Talentsis to bridge the talent gap between companies and job seekers. She has the intimate knowledge and the know-how to help organizations find the best talents, and to help the individual talents find their dream jobs. Armed with a Bachelor of Science degree and having completed an Executive HR programme at Harvard Business School, USA in 2019, Shirley has decided to pursue her dreams by starting up Talentsis Pte Ltd. She hopes to make a difference in people’s lives and stamp her mark in the HR and Staffing landscape.
