BLM (Badan Legislatif Mahasiswa) Fakultas Ilmu Komputer UPN Veteran Jawa Timur is a legislative organisation which functions to receive and channel aspirations from all over Fasilkom UPN Veteran Jawa Timur regarding organisation bodies, monitor organisation bodies' activities within Fasilkom UPN Veteran Jawa Timur, as well as to bring new students into the university life. All of those are aimed toward continuous improvement of education and non-education qualities, which should lead to capacity and character building.
