The Institute of Technologies, Languages, Cultures & Sciences (INTELC) is an organization that provides, among other related services, training courses, which are designed to re-skill and up-skill individuals, and to provide young Africans with new technical and entrepreneurial skills leading to job creation. VISION: Reduce unemployment rate in Namibia and Angola to 0% by 2068. MISSION: Use affordable, ground-breaking, and labour market educational approach to transform young Namibians into job creators and innovators over the next 50 years. VALORES: Commitment to Integrity, Excellence, Innovation and Focus INTELC prepares candidates to increase their chances of getting a SCHOLARSHIP. INTELC identifies 5 scholarships from 5 different institutions (for example, Fullbright, Chevening, Mastercard Foundation), and submits applications on behalf of the applicant.
