E-Capital is an independent private equity investment firm located in Brussels and Luxemburg. Since 2004, E-Capital participated in more than 25 transactions, focused on supporting the growth and development of promising small- and medium-sized enterprises with a Belgian dimension, regardless of industry sector. The last fund, E-Capital with almost € 100 million under management, targets companies with a proven track record and a turnover between € 10 million and € 100 million. The investors behind the E-Capital funds are mainly Belgian entrepreneurs and industrial families next to a couple of European institutional investors.
