Arhel d.o.o. with its brand Viva la Gaia is a Limited Liability Company with an engineering background, which has greatly enhanced its orientation in food, bio- and environmental technology in the last few years. Arhel`s latest activities were focused on the development of technological solutions for the efficient use of natural resources, such as the extraction of biologically active proteins from the by-products of the food processing industry. The results of development within the "LIFE for Acid Whey" and "LAKTIKA" projects are patents in the field of protein separation procedures (lactoferrin, lactoperoxidase, osteopontin) and the use of whey in various products. The product portfolio of the newly founded brand "Viva La Gaia" also includes products from the field of upcycling natural resources such as whey and various plant sources.
