PM Academy was established in 2005 with our strategic vision to provide project management training, consulting and recruitment to the South African and international markets. PM Academy has a wealth of experience and we have successfully completed projects, training and placements throughout Africa. The PM Academy has been categorised as a level 1 – Exempt Micro Enterprise, as an indication of our commitment to the Black Economic Empowerment Policies. We pay particular attention to the stipulations within the BEE manuscript. As such, our company’s shares are wholly owned by a female. The PM Academy follows a preferential procurement policy in line with the broad-based Black Economic Empowerment principles. Accordingly, we are inclined to such businesses to provide suitably qualified facilitators to assist with our training and consulting assignments. Moreover, some of our staff members are historically disadvantaged individuals.
