We create lasting homeownership opportunities for low- and moderate-income households in Central Oregon. By bridging the gap between affordability and long-term stability, we help families build wealth, strengthen communities, and achieve housing security. Our work goes beyond housing. We advocate for equitable access to homeownership, provide guidance throughout the buying process, and ensure homeowners have the resources they need for long-term success. Through strategic partnerships and community collaboration, we’re making homeownership a reality for more households in Bend, Madras, and Prineville.
