Amar Seafood is a fully integrated aquaculture company. We manage every stage of production from egg retrieval in our own broodstock to harvesting market-ready fish (HOG - Head-on-Gutted). We are the only operator in North America with a mature highly developed broodstock of both Atlantic Halibut and Spotted Wolffish. The company operates five facilities, strategically located in Canada, Scotland, and Norway with fully licensed land-based and sea-based aquaculture operations.
