Sinteg Systems
SINTEG Systems is a TU Delft spin-off dedicated to advancing structural integrity assessment and monitoring for composite materials. We develop wireless sensor systems that enable in-situ, real-time, and non-intrusive evaluation of composite structures without disassembly, destructive testing, or complex procedures. Our technologies address one of the key barriers to the widespread adoption of composites: achieving reliable quality assurance both after manufacturing and throughout the entire service life. Traditional non-destructive testing methods are often costly, time-consuming, and limited in the insights they provide. SINTEG Systems offers a smarter alternative. By leveraging advanced algorithms for stiffness evaluation and automated defect localization, our solutions are scalable, cost-effective, and easy to integrate into existing workflows. In addition, our technology can detect damage in adhesive bondlines, supporting a future with fewer mechanically fastened joints. We are collaborating with industry partners to bring our technology into the field and are proud to be part of the NATO DIANA program, supporting the development of robust, high-impact solutions for demanding defence applications We are actively seeking manufacturing partners and early adopters who want to help shape the future of composite inspection and structural integrity monitoring.
