The BEIJING GLOBAL TALENT EXCHANGE ASSOCIATION (BGTEA), was founded under the guidance of State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs,P.R.C, whose mission is to help global talents succeed in Chinese companies educational institutes, and universities through advocacy, information, networking and business support services. As a non-profit organization whose membership comprises around 300 companies & universities operating across China, BGTEA provides an interactive platform for global talents to exchange their experience in China, dedicated to establish a bridge between research institutes and the business sector, both from home and abroad, to allow them to share in such talent and technology resources. BGTEA enjoys favorable State policy for its support of innovation. It is allowed to conduct its activities "nationwide", although the Beijing municipal government is its supervisor.
