Storage Drop was established in 2020 after a split of SWAP Technologies (2015-2020). The company is developing an underground vessel designed for high pressures and large volumes which will function as a storage volume for the following products: 1. HyDrop-Energy Storage System that will be used to generate electricity - through which energy can be stored at a time when electricity is available from renewable sources or when electricity tariffs are low. CoolDrop-Energy Storage System that will be used to generate cooling - through which energy can be stored at a time when electricity is available from renewable sources or when electricity tariffs are low.
