Being of an Asian descent, but having been raised in Europe, we have long been experimenting with varieties of cuisines and seasonings until it finally stroked us. Why stick to what’s already known when we could invent a whole new cuisine ourselves? And so, the concept of authentic Asian Nordic cuisine was born.
