Selfinvest is the private holding and investment company for Torben Østergaard-Nielsen and his family. The family owns the USTC Group and Selected Car Group with activities within supply of fuel and energy to the shipping market, risk management, door-to-door logistics solutions, tanker shipping, IT as well as sports car activities. The roots of the group can be traced back to 1876 and through Selfinvest, the family continues to execute an ownership strategy that will provide a solid foundation for future generations. As holding and investment company, Selfinvest has three fundamental tasks: • To invest and manage the equity, among others through interest investments with active involvement • To create the framework for active ownership and support the governance of operating companies in line with family values • To create value for the family (family office) and operating companies
