Cienfuegos Coffee founder Carina Zatarain is a second generation Cuban-American who left the marketing industry to pursue her own venture in coffee. Growing up in Miami Lakes, coffee has been part of her entire life. This mobile coffee business is a celebration of culture—where the traditional Cuban coffee experience is given a modern edge. Everything that Cienfuegos Coffee does is focused on quality and community; inspired by local collaboration to create a new specialty coffee experience in South Florida.
