The mission of IPE Laboratory is to provide an effective execution of business projects in the interests of Russian society, while developing a theoretical and practical basis of institutional approach in economics. We carry out these projects ourselves and help others make success in this business area. Values of IPE Laboratory: Objectivity – we develop and introduce universal standards of project description and elaboration, which can help to precisely estimate the investment potential of any project. Result – we use achievements of the institutional approach to make the project work effectively in the real life and in relation to public institutions already at the stage when it’s being described. Common interests – we understand the importance of each part – investor, author of the project and project’s participants – and provide conditions for their efficient interaction’s development. Complex approach – we help the participants of the investment market deal with various tasks: from the search of an investor for a particular project to developing necessary management skills to cope with a group of business projects.
