The ancient Sidr tree has its roots spread throughout history and it is highly appreciated for its medicinal values. This is also one of the reasons why Yemeni Sidr Honey is considered one of the finest and healthiest honeys in the world. Its distinctive taste, high nutrition value and limited production gives it this reputation, along with the fact that bees have to travel several miles (maybe hundreds in round trip) to extract the nectar from the Sidr tree. Our product comes from rural, traditional beekeepers. No chemicals or drugs are used during the production process, unlike in modern agriculture, where chemicals and antibiotics are widely used to control mites and other bee diseases in the hives. No machinery used. All is done using simple tools, a little smoke from dried camel skins and knives. The honey is then poured, unheated and raw, into containers, thus preserving its vital live enzymatic constituents. Our Sidr honey always contains royal jelly because our beekeepers don't extract royal jelly from the harvested hives, and that's why it is sometimes called Royal Sidr honey, or Malika Sidr honey.

Eyoon shabah has so far been an active youth initiative since its foundation in 2008 with a mission of rising awareness on the importance of social development and volunteering. The initiative follows examples of other countries which hold high significance to volunteer and social work. These have been among the main drivers of the country's development and high education level. The Initiative has been involved in organization and participation of community events like the Special Olympics and world water day. It has also carried out volunteer activities and projects like 'Min Jadeed' which basically means new beginnings. Min Jadeed has three different recycling campaigns that are being successfully implemented. Other activities that have been done by Eyoon shabah include: • "Eftar Al Saem"(RamadhanCampaign): A campaign during the Holy month of Ramadhan to feed less fortunate fasting Muslims in poorer neighborhoods. • "HamlatShita"(Winter campaign): Collection and distribution of clothing during winter season to less fortunate people. • “lamatEid"(Eid event): An Eid event where volunteers spend their Eid morning distributing sweets and gifts to children in hospitals and orphanages. • "Autistic Children Marathon”: the Eyoon shabah volunteers managed to Organize the First and second marathon in the 70th road. • "winter campaign 2": for the second year Eyoon shabah member produced the first recyclable blankets for the needed family's out of cloth factories remains in very delicate and creative way and teach the poor family's how to produce as an intention for self-efficient micro project • "food revaluation campaign": as ambassadors for the food revaluation organization in Yemen,Eyoon shabah managed to make a practical awareness for 300 participants in how to make real food for better healthy generation's
