Since 1838, CHAMPAGNE DEUTZ, one of the oldest members of the former and prestigious Association of Grandes Marques, has been making champagnes of a distinctive style characterised by a perfect harmony of finesse, elegant vinosity and complexity. The “DEUTZ trio Prestige” comprises three prestige cuvées, each with its very distinct personality. William Deutz is made from the best pinots and chardonnays; Amour de Deutz is composed uniquely of the finest chardonnays; finally there is Amour de Deutz Rosé. In each of these styles, Maison DEUTZ shows the full extent of its know-how and its attachment to precise, finely-tuned wines. Champagne Joseph Perrier
The House of Joseph Perrier was founded in 1825 and is a boutique family-run business located in Châlons-en-Champagne. Precious know-how has been passed down and refined through six generations, building on the traditional methods and driven by a constant quest for excellence. Joseph Perrier Champagnes have played a frequent part in history; chosen for both Queen Victoria and Edward VII's royal courts, used to launch Concorde in 1976 and served at the 2013 Nobel Prize for Medicine awards. The delicate, top quality grapes are hand picked at the 52-acre estate, which is ideally located on the hillsides in the centre of the Champagne region. The responsible farming methods we use provide balance for the vineyards while being sensitive to the qualities of each soil type. The cellars date back to Roman times and extend almost two miles into the hills on one single level. They are naturally protected by the trees on the hillsides above, producing slow and optimal ageing conditions for our wines.

Champagne Pol Roger
Pol Roger se lance dans le négoce du vin de champagne à l’âge de 17 ans. Il réalise ainsi sa première vente en 1849. En 1851, la famille s’installe à Epernay; les affaires prospèrent rapidement. L’Angleterre joue déjà un rôle de plus en plus important dans les exportations de la maison. Pol disparaît en 1899. L’année suivante, son prénom s’érige en patronyme par décret du président de la République de l’époque, Emile Loubet. Ses trois enfants (Maurice, Lucie et Georges), ainsi que leurs descendants, pourront dès lors porter le nom emblématique de Pol-Roger. Cette cohésion et cette solidarité familiale vont se perpétuer au fil du temps. Hubert de Billy, représente la cinquième génération et occupe la fonction de directeur des Relations Publiques et du Développement, en étant également membre du Directoire. Pour diriger l’entreprise, Pol Roger a fait appel à des collaborateurs extérieurs : Patrice Noyelle a rejoint la maison en 1997, il accède à la Présidence du Directoire en 1998. Poste qu’il occupera jusqu’en 2013. Laurent d’Harcourt lui a succédé. Il a occupé le poste de Directeur Export (à la suite de Christian Pol-Roger) et a été nommé au Directoire en juin 2008, avant d’en assumer la présidence, 5 ans plus tard. Bastien Collard (Sixième Génération) fait son entrée chez Pol Roger en tant que Secrétaire Général et Responsable Export. Bastien rejoint ses tantes Laurence et Evelyne et sa mère Véronique, qui sont membres du Conseil de Surveillance. La Maison Pol Roger est fière d’une indépendance consacrée depuis 175 ans. Elle élabore et commercialise une gamme complète de Champagnes à la qualité reconnue dans le monde entier.

Monin
At Monin, we are a family full of flavor enthusiasts that takes pride in the work we do, and the liquid we fill each bottle with. Founded in 1912, by Frenchman and small-town manufacturer, Georges Monin, the company is still family owned, three generations of Monin later. How did it all start? Well back in the early 1900's, in Bourges, France, Georges Monin was hosting his family for dinner when his brother-in-law asked for an after-dinner drink. As a self - proclaimed flavor enthusiast and avid cook, Georges loved to entertain. He reveled in family gatherings where he could experiment with flavor combinations and prepare savory meals all while spending time with those closest to him. As he was pouring the cordial into glasses, he noticed that the aroma escaping from the bottle was muted and the color was dull. He sipped the liquid to give it a quick taste and immediately decided that after serving a meal filled with such delectable flavors & captivating aromas, the cordial was an unfitting way to close the evening. He scoured his bar, only to realize that each and every cordial had the same lackluster flavor & impact as the first. Not long after, Georges realized that impactful flavor was actually missing from so many of the beverages that he drank. He determined that if he could just find some vibrant fruits, that he could then apply his manufacturing and culinary knowledge to extract that flavor into a liquid that could flavor anything from cordials, to coffees to water. Undeterred, Georges began scouring the cities of France & experimenting with flavors in his kitchen at home. After years of trial and error, he finally created a flavored cordial that satisfied his demanding standards. He continued to explore & develop many exciting flavors & syrups, and began bottling & selling them across the country. Plaimont
Au commencement, au milieu des années 1970, André Dubosc – un enfant du pays, vigneron depuis trois générations – décide de développer la renommée des vins du Sud-Ouest. Accompagné d’une équipe enthousiaste de jeunes vignerons, il crée des vins de pays blancs secs, aujourd’hui IGP Côtes de Gascogne, réveille l’appellation Saint Mont et relance le Pacherenc du Vic-Bilh, issu de récoltes tardives. En 1979, ces hommes qui rassemblent tout leur amour et leur savoir-faire pour offrir ce que le terroir a de meilleur décident d’unir davantage leurs forces en regroupant leurs caves et domaines. Ils donnent naissance à l’union de coopératives Plaimont (« Pl » pour Plaisance, « Ai » pour Aignan et « Mont » pour Saint-Mont). Depuis sa création, Plaimont s’est doté des plus beaux châteaux et domaines de la région en vue de reconstituer des vignobles emblématiques et de développer une nouvelle ambition au service du collectif.
