Team Spirit
Drumming goes on everywhere in Africa: weddings, funerals, celebrations and all other rituals are performed to one beat or another. Human beings walk, breathe and have a heartbeat – basically we are all rhythmic beings and drumming taps into that. Ordinary people can and are being transformed by the use of the ancient energy of the drum. Group drumming is great for teambuilding and breaking down barriers between individuals and groups. It enhances the Alpha state and the effect is almost immediate, which can be sustained within the body for up to 72 hours. Unlike most activities, drumming uses both sides of the brain, integrating logical and creative thinking, thereby enhancing focus and clarity of thought. Take a look inside – we do performances with our band, teambuilding events, weddings, parties, fundraisers, product launches, teaching to private students, drum circles, tuition in schools and drum sales and repairs, to mention a few! We tailor an event to your needs and even offer a full event coordination service including a variety of African bands and dancers, fully equipped DJ's, MC's, bar staff, security and medical assistance.

Ebonygypsy Pty Ltd
Ebonygypsy Arts is a multi-artistically based co-operation which engages in the prospects of arts development, exploring various channels to create and better employment opportunities in South Africa. We are a private blossoming business driven by passion and standard, determined to make our mark through our creative innovative ideas. Our main objective as a company is to re-direct the understanding of what creativity is as an industry, re-evaluating the standards our country has set for it, and doing our part in growing our nation’s economy. Art has over the years taken the back seat despite all other industries being nurtured and groomed to survive and gain recognition as different types of commerce. In this industry; • Funds are inter-generated • Artists experience great exploitation • Funds and resources are inaccessible • No one respects a true artist • No actual exposure is given • Artists use unfit and restricted work stations if and when available • And if there’s no steady income As a business that depends greatly on an audience, we have made it our responsibility to create a means of sustaining ourselves and making a difference to the community by creating a unit which’ll look beyond clubbing and drug abuse for entertainment.

Caroline Kotze Dance Studio
I studied at UCT School of Dance, majoring in Ballet, as well as National, Contemporary and Spanish dance. Thereafter I did tap, furthered my ballet, spanish and national, and then hip hop. I have my teaching qualifications in Ballet, National and Hip Hop. I have been very privileged to be part of Spanish dance tour to Austria and Spain, and participating in a dance festival in Prague. I have been involved in many shows relating to all the dance forms as well as extra work with the opera company, several musicals and corperate events. Dance is such a huge part of my life and something that I cannot be without. I feel extremely grateful to work in an industry that is not only my passion, but that I am passionate about. My studio is in Northern suburbs, Cape Town where children and adults can take lessons in ballet, hip hop and contemporary dance. Many people will not become dancers, but the amazing knowledge that one can learn about yourself and your own body is invaluable. It is also about learning the discipline of dance, the amazing joy of movement, and appreciating of this incredible art form. We currently offer ballet, hip hop and contemporary for children and adults. I also do first dances for wedding couples.
