I started my career in international logistics, focusing on regulatory compliance. In the customs department, I handled customs declarations, EPA application, certificates of origin, and HS code classification, ensuring legal compliance and risk mitigation. Later, in manufacturing, I worked in Quality Assurance and International Sales, coordinating APQP processes from customer design requirements through mass production and shipment, and managing external audits conducted by Tier1 clients, leading corrective actions. Currently at DENSO Group, I am a certified internal auditor engaged in ISO/IATF audits, compliance with revised standards, internal rule formulation, and process standardization. I also support overseas site coordination and English-language audit documentation. Beyond auditing, I have applied AI tools to develop applications tailored to logistics and production processes, improving transport quality, speeding up operations, and reducing overtime. Additionally, I have introduced office DX initiatives using Power Automate and Planner, creating error-proofing solutions (poka-yoke) and workflow automation.
