As an Accounts Administrator at Old Mutual ZW, I contribute to the preparation of management accounts and financial statements, the recording and verification of financial transactions, the receipting and banking of cash, and the research and resolution of accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies. I apply my knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, as well as my skills in data analysis, financial management, and risk management, to produce accurate and timely financial reports and statements. I am passionate about personal and professional development and growth, and I seek to learn from every new experience, person, and challenge. I have a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Accounting from Chinhoyi University of Technology, and I am currently pursuing my Masters in data analytics, which I expect to complete by December 2024. I have also gained valuable experience in different sectors and positions, such as Accounting Bookkeeper at Croco Motors and Accounts Administration Officer at SEAPRIDE FOODS, where I developed and demonstrated my financial acumen, economic awareness, client service orientation, and strategic thinking and acting skills. I am a positive, critical, and innovative thinker, a team player and leader, and a down-to-earth and non-ostentatious professional. I am also driven by the love of humanity and generosity, and I volunteer my time, talent, and treasure to various charitable organizations in Zimbabwe. I am looking for an opportunity to join a dynamic, ambitious company to learn and grow with, and to add value to.
