I lead projects and teams in a way that feels natural to me – with energy, creativity, a drive for growth, and a firm belief that management, humor and a bit of punk absolutely go hand in hand 🤝. I know what I'm good at. I know what I enjoy. And for everything else, I try to automate it, redesign it or delegate it. Not because I’m trying to avoid it (ok, sometimes that too ), but mainly because I want to put my energy where it makes the most impact. And honestly – most things really don’t need to be done manually anymore. I always aim to combine creativity with clear vision and smart planning. But also not wait around for “perfect” – just try it, test it, learn, move on. I thrive in fast-paced environments with big ambitions – where rigid corporate rules are a no-go, and respect or authority doesn’t come from hierarchy or job titles (though I’m not against a fancy title, let’s be honest ), but from leading by example. I love being around people who want more – more thinking, more trying, more building (and yes, more failing too). Where challenge is part of the game, and creativity isn’t a bonus – it’s the baseline. I’m drawn to places where things move. Where there’s space for ideas, change, growth – and no one’s afraid to say, “Hey, let’s try it differently… maybe five more times.” And honestly? One of the things I’m proudest of is being okay with saying “I don’t know.” I’ve (finally) learned to ask. I’ve learned that even in a leadership role, I don’t always have to have the answer – because I’m lucky to work with people who often do. And when they don’t? We figure it out together.
