With over six years of experience in Human Resources, Program Management, DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging), gender equality, and safeguarding, I bring a comprehensive approach to fostering inclusive and safe workplaces where everyone can thrive. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management Sciences, a Mini MBA in General Management, and several professional certifications. I am currently pursuing an online Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Entrepreneurship and Leadership Management from Amity University, India. I am currently engaged with Save the Children International in Afghanistan, where I play a central role in designing and implementing DEIB strategies across the Afghanistan Country Program. My work focuses on promoting an inclusive and equitable workplace culture, driving organizational change, and fostering a sense of belonging among diverse team members.
