I’m a sustainability-focused professional with a background in aviation and a master’s degree in Sustainable Aviation Business. I have several years of experience working as cabin crew in an international airline, which taught me a lot about teamwork, customer service and working in fast-paced, multicultural environments. Currently, I lead Audi host team in the Helsinki area, where I’m responsible for ensuring high-quality customer experience. I work closely with both the service and sales teams, and I’m actively involved in improving our day-to-day processes to make things run better. Through my studies and work experience, I’ve developed skills in project management, leadership, and strategic thinking. I’ve also done research on cultural diversity and teamwork, which has deepened my interest in building collaborative teams. I’m passionate about combining people-focused work with sustainability and continuous development. I’m always looking for opportunities to grow, make a difference and be part of meaningful projects!
