I love anything to do with Mechatronics, Data and Machine learning, and am excited by opportunities where these skills can be used to uplift communities, revolutionise industries, and ultimately do good. My journey at Halter has spanned hardware, software, firmware and data science, growing from managing factory projects and relations to more recently leading an R&D project utilising sensor data to make predictions on animal behaviour. I care deeply about Diversity, Equity, Inclusion in all forms, and through my current role as an organiser of Hardware Meetup NZ, and my past work within Women in Engineering Network (WEN) and Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (CIE), have always aimed to foster a community that supports and learns from each other.
