With an M.Ed in Assistive Technology, I am qualified to assess and provide instruction on the use of assistive technology, with a specialization in supporting individuals who are visually impaired or blind. I currently serve as Project Manager and Assistive Technology Specialist at The Butterfly, a UAE-based organization dedicated to empowering People of Determination through equitable and inclusive employment practices. I am deeply passionate about accessibility and advocating for equity in education and employment for people with disabilities. As someone with low vision, I have experienced firsthand the transformative impact assistive technology can have in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with disabilities.
