When working as a Human Resources Coordinator in Rovio Entertainment, I was a main Administrator to HR-system (Hibob) and I was also part of the team that was building Rovio's first People Operations team. Now I work as a Talent Specialist at Eurofins Expert Services, aiming to create great recruitment experiences and shape Eurofins Expert Services employer brand! My passions are developing people's working abilities, different processes in organization and how to utilize data to make better decisions. In the future I want to work in an environment where I can coach, develop and inspire people to exceed their abilities.
