With over 18 years of experience across multiple areas of the music industry, from digital promotion at MTV Networks Italy to business development and strategic partnerships, I’ve built a career at the intersection of creativity and innovation. I co-founded Factory Flaws, an independent record label born from passion, which continues to support emerging talent. Previously, as Director of Music Partnerships at DICE.fm, I was responsible for driving exponential growth among Italy’s top venues and promoters. Currently, I’m Senior Business Development Manager at TicketOne (Eventim CTS Group), where I focus on accelerating business growth through new strategies, high-impact partnerships, and market development initiatives.
