I am a hard working customer pleasing boss, of a company I love to bits. Bruce and I created QBC to service customers in our sector to a higher standard than we were used to receiving. We now service many companies with digital conceptual design, print, social media management, videos, websites and app development. Our client base is growing in fields that continue to surprise me to this day. We have created many high street brands and continue to do so from our HQ in Huddersfield. Specialties: Our customer charter of care. Bruce Mclean and I are very proud of caring about every step of our customer journey.
