I am a managing partner of the boutique law firm G••• & Associates - GALP Middle East, which is among the best legal practices according to Forbes, Pravo-300, Kommersant. We provide unique advisory and legal services in the field of multifamily office scope, taxation and structuring of the capital of individuals and companies. I specialize in cross-border taxation, have many years of experience working with local and transnational companies. My work focuses on planning tax advice for foreign enterprises (such as mergers and acquisitions and shareholder obligations) and business development strategies for companies operating in various sectors (e.g, real estate, industry and technology, food and beverages, consumer goods). I also deal with other legal issues related to corporate tax planning and structuring incl. legal structuring of blockchain and crypto projects. In 2021, we opened a representative office in Dubai, where we focused on obtaining licenses for cryptocurrencies, setup of companies and foundations, UAE taxation, transfer pricing benchmarks and book keeping.
