I am passionate about UX and its impact on business, and I hold multiple certifications from Uxcel, a leading online platform for UX education.As a UX researcher at Paysafe Group, I lead user research projects that inform and improve the design and usability of online payment solutions. I apply various research methods, such as usability testing, card sorting, contextual observation, and interviews, to understand user needs, behaviors, and preferences. I also create personas and design information architectures that enhance the user experience and satisfaction.In addition to my role at Paysafe, I am a UX consultant at Lucrat, a UX consultancy and training business that I founded in 2004. Lucrat provide UX research, design services to clients across various industries and sectors. Lucrat also organize UX trainings, workshops, and conferences that educate and empower UX professionals and enthusiasts.
