Being professional manager with 10+ experience in wood industry, I customize solutions as per my customers' needs in the necessary time. I work mainly to develop sales/ procurement of plywood, HDF/MDF, hardboard, chipboard, edge glued panels within European and Scandinavia markets. I am passionate about doing business in foreign regions and always focus on building long-term and mutually beneficial relationships with partners. Among my key responsibilities are: √ Planning, development and evaluation of sales concepts and campaigns to support the market launch; √ Regular reporting of business results, trend and competitive information as well as development and implementation of corrective measures; √ Identification and establishment of important direct customers as well as coordination of sales strategies (by investigating new business processes and developing a strategy for product positioning and pricing); √ Monitoring of sales and marketing activities of market participants; √ Building and maintaining relationships with industry influencers and important strategic partners, representing the company at various events, as well as building relationships with important customers; √ Management of activities for the development of market channels and coordination of sales through the European sales and goals.
