I've more than 17 yeas of experience in BPO industry & acquired range of skills starting as an employee & currently working as Project Manager at JOYRIDE. While working in BPO, learnt foreign mentality, its culture, its modus operandi. While working, started training for Soft Skills, Voice & Accent & Sales. I worked in different process like US & UK Mortgage, Debt Settlement for US & UK, Solar Sales for Aus. I also used to teach English for competitive exams at different esteemed institutes like Vishwas, Edu Star & OM Institute. I trained students for IELTS & TOEFL online for UFABER & off line for SKY Global Immigration. I worked as a Supervisor for Sayesha Enterprise for a netWORK support for its US client. I have been working in solar industry last 4 years & working as a Project Manager at JOYRIDE for its Australian Client.
