For over a decade, I have been helping brands integrate digital into their marketing campaigns and overall business strategy. I have spent my career on the front lines of digital change managing everything from strategy and creative to development, media planning to buys and execution, and analytics to optimisation for clients. I am passionate about creating impactful and holistic experiences not only for customers but also for my clients, the partners I work with, and my team. User experience has always been an important aspect of what I do and since moving to Asia in early 2017, I have focused on human-centred design’s role in the creative process to build products that will improve the lives of those who use them. Most recently, I was the Managing Director of Foolproof Singapore, a global experience design agency. In this role, my greatest achievements were growing and managing the business, establishing new global client and partner relationships, and more importantly, building and leading a talented team of account and project managers, UX consultants and designers. Ensuring their professional development as well-rounded leaders has brought me much joy knowing that they will continue to drive the Singapore design industry forward. Before moving to Asia, I worked at multiple agencies within the Interpublic Group of Companies (McCann, IPG Mediabrands, Ansible, Universal McCann, and Initiative) in both New York and Los Angeles running multimillion-dollar digital accounts for Fortune 500 companies.
