Germano C••• believes in the power of change through Design and Technology." Germano C••• is a Google certified UX/UI Designer and founder of GCUX Design, an emerging UX design and research consultancy specializing in using sustainability + behavioral economics + decision design to drive user experience and user decision making. For over 15 years, he has served exclusively as a Climate Adaptation Researcher, working with International Organizations and National Governments to solve their most important development challenges. His scientific articles, mainly centered on Human-Nature Adaptation to Climate Change, have been published in specialized international journals and on PreventionWeb, UNDRR Portal. GC is the winner of the European Commission Seal of Excellence for his research on "Policy Coherence for Development and Adaptation", in the year 2021, and is the author of the book “Inequality, Poverty and Governance: an Agenda for Timor -Leste”, and co -author of several others. CG lives in Fortaleza, Brazil with his cats and orchids. Whenever he has time, he likes to surf, and is learning to kite surf!
