As a Communications and Marketing Co-ordinator at PICS Society, I support the organization's mission to empower and integrate newcomers, seniors, and youth in Canada. With the help of the Health and Safety Committee and the Social Committee, I ensure a safe and engaging work environment for all staff and clients. I also assist with HR tasks along with participating with the Event Management Committee. With proper team-work and time-management, we were able to host a very special Friends of PICS Gala & Fundraiser which had over 900+ attendees. I have a strong background in Communications, English, Time Management, and Teamwork, which I developed through my education and work experience. I graduated from University of the Fraser Valley with an Associate of Arts degree in December, 2020, where I honed my writing, research, and critical thinking skills. Before joining PICS, I worked as an Office Assistant at No1. Condo presales, where I handled customer inquiries, marketing materials, and administrative duties. I am passionate about learning new skills and contributing to social causes.
