I have a strong background in customer service, administration account management, and technical support, which enables me to create and implement strategies that drive growth and value for both SoMo and its clients and partners. With over 10 years of experience in various customer service roles, I have developed and honed my skills in communication, problem-solving, relationship-building, and data analysis. I have also gained proficiency in multiple systems and tools, such as Microsoft Office, Xero, Salesforce, Mitel, Connectwise and Chorus Portal. In my previous positions as a Customer Service Representative at VTNZ and a Key Account Manager at Advanced Personnel Services Ltd, I delivered excellent service and support to customers and colleagues, increased customer retention and satisfaction, and generated new business opportunities. I am passionate about learning and improving myself, and I always seek to align my goals with the vision and mission of the organization I work for. And I'm a sucker for a spreadsheet!
