I am currently working in arts administration within the music industry at the Irish Music Rights Organisation, as Senior international Executive on the Media Licensing Team. I have previously worked in the education sector, as an administrator and educator. Through my career, I have developed strong leadership skills, working effectively on small teams as well as large projects. My current and previous roles have been deadline and target driven, focussing on revenue generation and data analysis, as well as requiring strong communication and organisation skills. The breadth of my experience enables me to deal with a range of challenges. My enthusiasm, creativity and excellent communication make me a valuable asset to any team or company.
