A technically safety focused, Senior Drilling Engineer with more than 18 years of performance driven by international experience in Oil & Gas sector across well engineering design and management, supervision and execution of the Drilling, testing and completion programs. In my working years with Eni, I have had the chance of working in different countries around the world, most of working places were in remote area some of them classified as Extreme Risk Location(s). Growing up step by step both as a professional and a human being. I have developed a solid experience In Well operations especially deep water projects, this experiences divers from Drilling to Completion and Production optimization. I consider myself as dynamic and result-driven drilling engineer who always seeks a challenging engineering positions where his excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills can be utilized. I have participated as a main member in the team of zohr task force, starting from wells location selection, well design and drilling program preparation, this project considered one of fast track projects done by eni in the mediterranean sea. • Resourceful professional with strong commercial awareness and commitment to corporate objectives & goals • Extensive knowledge of complex conventional and unconventional well engineering design & operations management; performance drilling & optimization, troubleshooting, regulatory compliances, and reporting and process development & improvement. • Strategy-oriented and technically focused individual with expertise in determining fit for purpose and ALARP solutions for well design, well operations as well as rightsizing teams to maximize results and focus. • Solid expertise in well control and well barriers along standard and complex onshore and off- shore drilling operations. • Subject Matter Expert on well design, casing design and wellhead selection. • Experienced in HSE implementation & administration in assigned areas of responsibility, ensuring process & personnel safety and environmental protection with absolute compliance to regulatory bodies, and safety orientation of green hand personnel. • Influencing leader with excellent managerial traits and teamwork philosophy, working experience with multidisciplinary and multicultural work groups; striving to lead and motivate peers and team members to exceeding goals and achieving excellence in all we do. • Ability to WORK in a TEAM, collaborate and interact with people of different ages.
