I am Hanna, CEO at Air0, a Finnish air purifier brand. We design and manufacture premium air purifiers for B2B segment, with our own patented technology. All our products are designed and manufactured in Finland. Before staring as a CEO, my main responsibilites at Air0 have been brand and marketing, software development and business development. Now as a leader, my main goal is to enable our to team to succeed, and to steer the wheel to the right direction. There is quite a lot that fits under the umbrella of my current responsibilities. Startups are close to my heart, as well as getting more women to tech business. I founded my first startup in 2015. Momzie was a mobile app - ”friend-Tinder for mums” - and a huge success among moms in Finland. As a company, it eventually ended up only as an excellent fast-track learning project for us founders - something you just cannot learn from reading books! Besides startups, my background is quite versatile, varying from quality and project management to UX/UI and other creative design. One could say interaction with people has always been in the core of my work. I would describe my character as a ”cheerful Ostrobotnian”. I was born and raised to be that reliable person and I have upright work ethics, and I take my business seriously, but then again, I dont take myself too seriously. I love telling stories, and having a good laugh. I tend to be quite lucky as well! If you read the ”idiots around me” - I am definitely a red (I didn’t read it, but googled it after I was told I’m a red ). Although the years are forming me to become more and more a realist, I havent lost my optimism either - I hope I never loose it. I just realized I should have still approx 35 years of career ahead - can’t wait to see all the opportunities it shall contain for me!
