I am an associate professor of organizational behavior at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, a leading business school in Chile and Latin America. With a PhD in Work & Organizational Psychology from The University of Sheffield, I have years of experience in conducting and disseminating cutting-edge research on the antecedents and consequences of emotions in organizations. My motivation is to explore how emotions affect creativity, innovation, teamwork, and leadership in different organizational contexts. I have published multiple articles in prestigious journals and books, and received several awards and recognitions for my academic excellence and impact. I also enjoy teaching and mentoring students and professionals on how to develop and apply leadership skills to manage creative and innovative teams. I have delivered lectures and workshops in various academic and corporate settings, both in English and Spanish, and inspired and empowered individuals and organizations to harness the power of emotions for positive change.
