Elijah is a strategic leader, entrepreneur, and humanitarian and development practitioner with over 12 years of experience in organizational leadership, business growth, and project management. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Haiwah Investments Group, a diversified company that manages and amplifies high-value investment portfolios in property, agriculture, and energy sectors, generating higher revenue and profit margins for investors and clients. He is also the founder and executive director of SAADO, an award-winning non-profit organization that impacts over 2 million people annually through youth empowerment programs in South Sudan. He has successfully led the organization's strategy execution, operations, and resource mobilization, securing over $100 million in funding from various donors and partners. He has also represented the organization and the South Sudan NGOs forum in international high-level fundraising and advocacy events, developing strategic partnerships and pioneering negotiations with agencies and stakeholders. Elijah is a PhD candidate in Strategy and International Security at CEDS, a PMP certified project expert, and a M&E specialist with multiple certifications and degrees in related fields. He is passionate about creating positive social change and empowering vulnerable communities through innovative and sustainable solutions.
