SAP Job Responsibilities: • Understanding deeply SAP Web AS Architecture. • New system installation and configuration, problem determination, troubleshooting SAP ERP/Hana, BI, BOBJ. • Update patch, update kernel, import support package, update SPAM/SAINT, import add-on. • Set up SAP Router, established SAP Backbone access connection. • Monitor all SAP systems (work processes, storage, database, users, system logs, short dumps, locks, developer traces, system traces, disk space, etc.) • Support to solve problem in SAP System. • Profile maintenance. • Perform SAP client administration (create client, copy client, delete client) as required • Participate in the planning and implementation of SAP system upgrades. • Knowledge in profile maintenance, background jobs. • Spool Administration. • Applied kernel patches and support packages. • Transport Management System. • Knowledge about high availability system (HADR). • SAP Security Operations & User Administrations and Authorization.
