As a Deputy Manager at GIG IRM Glass Insulators Private Limited I am working on strategy in Sales and Marketing. Moreover I am also working to plan and execute projects in the glass insulator industry. I have over 3.5 years of experience in this role where I manage a team of engineers and technicians and oversee the production quality and cost optimization of the products. I also collaborate with the senior management and the clients to ensure the timely delivery and customer satisfaction of the projects. Prior to joining GIG IRM I worked as an Electrical Project Engineer for over 5 years where I gained valuable experience in designing testing and commissioning electrical systems and equipment. I hold a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical Engineering from IEC College of Engineering and Technology. My core competencies include analytical skills project planning team management and problem-solving. I am passionate about learning new technologies and enhancing my knowledge and skills in the field of glass insulators. My goal is to contribute to the growth and innovation of GIG IRM and the glass insulator industry.
