Veridique M••• is a social entrepreneur whose work covers areas related to education and research with an overall goal to promote proper environmental protection practices in the Congo-Bassin. Veridique holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting (St Lawrence University Uganda, 2018). His passion for leadership and entrepreneurship has led him acquire certificates in leadership and entrepreneurship, first from CESAG University (2018) in Dakar, Senegal, second from the University of Nevada Reno in USA (2021) and third from Drexel University in USA (2022) as a Mandela Washington Fellow (MWF), a prestigious fellowship program funded by the US department of State for young African leaders. In his career, Veridique has been active both in organization creation and policy formulation and implementation. Founder of Kwafrika Travel Ltd, a business spearheading ecotourism in Dr Congo, Kwafrika Travel aims to leverage tourism receipts to promote conservation of protected areas of the Congo. His recent initiative is Groupe Utalii Kwetu, a non-profit working with primary schools to promote environmental awareness amongst children and gathering hundreds of researchers with interests to provide knowledge that will inform the protection of bio-diversity in the Congo-Bassin. Veridique is an active researchers, he is now working on two topics : the role of ecotourism in biodiversity conservation in DR Congo, Cameroun and Gabon and Environment education outcomes for conservation, case of primary schools surrounding Virunga National Park. He is now the Country Director of ''Programme Utalii Kwetu'' a US department of State funded environmental awareness program working with 25 schools impacting more than 6 schoolchildren around Virunga National Park in Eastern Congo.
