I am skilled in maximizing talent and resources - including finance, a cornerstone of success. Beyond my role, I'm committed to mentoring emerging professionals across diverse functions. I possess strengths in Problem-solving, Strategic Thinking, Conflict Management, Emotional Intelligence, and Project and People Management - all pivotal for top-tier leadership. Additionally, I run Strides Platform, a venture launched in 2020 dedicated to fostering growth and development among individuals and business owners. Strides Platform offers regular training, mentoring/coaching, seminars, career growth, and business consultancy to alleviate self-doubt, address business issues, and improve the personal development of individuals and business owners. Our goal is to curate and distribute valuable materials and resources thus building a robust network of professionals, and also, providing a haven for individuals and business owners to discuss and get solutions to their career challenges. My passion extends beyond boardrooms. As the founder of Project CHAM, an NGO launched in 2022, I am dedicated to improving child healthcare and reducing mortality rates across Nigeria and Africa. In two years, we have impacted over 100 children and provided vital medical support for 27, a testament to our commitment to change.
