I have over 15 years experience in training, coaching and quality support. I have coordinated and participated in international projects aiming to promote training effectiveness, to support trainers on their certification path and to provide a great learning experience for our students. Coaching has also been at the core of my professional activity. Based on Canadian methodology and focused on skills development, the coaching program that I have supported promoted team members’ autonomy, their eagerness to search answers by themselves and to take thoughtful decisions as well as the collaboration skills needed to succeed in a business environment in which change is the only constant. I strongly believe that the coaching and the constant support that we provide to our team members is the key to their professional development and therefore a key to the success of our business.
