As the Chief Assayer at Bisha Mining, I lead a team of laboratory professionals who provide reliable and timely analytical services to support the mining operations and external clients. I have over 12 years of experience in the laboratory industry, working on different mining projects in DRC, Namibia, and Zambia. My core competencies include laboratory management, operations, quality control, fire assay, sample preparation, and instrumentation. I am certified in ISO 17025 and have successfully implemented a change management process that improved the efficiency and quality of the laboratory. I am also on track to accredit the facility to ISO 17025 in 2023. My mission is to assist organizations in making informed and credible decisions based on accurate and relevant data. I am passionate about delivering value and exceeding expectations through continuous improvement and innovation.
