Generating invoices and account statements. Performing account reconciliations. Maintaining accounts receivable files and records. Producing monthly financial and management reports Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc. Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances. Maintaining historical records. Paying employees by verifying expense reports and preparing pay Prepare tax returns, payments, necessary documents and reports. Assess and research difficult tax issues to identify solutions. Manage and maintain the company's tax database. Determine tax savings and recommend strategies to improve profits. Be sure to comply with regulations by reporting required information to federal, state, and local authorities. Provide support and advice during audits. Evaluate tax regulations and suggest policies that reduce the tax burden. Keep track of industry trends and tax-related changes. Prepare accurate quarterly and annual tax reports.
