I am a confident and experienced People Manager with a strong customer focus who likes to lead by example. I have managed both operational and customer service facing teams and I have enjoyed the different challenges that these roles bring. People Management - I get a real sense of achievement leading a team of people, providing them with the direction required to achieve their goals, helping them to develop in their role and beyond and being able to offer guidance and support through periods of change and personal challenge. Customer Focus - This has always been a major part of all my roles and I believe I have always worked with and for my customers, going the extra mile when required to ensure that they receive the levels of service that provide them with both piece of mind and confidence in the businesses ability to deliver on its promises.
